    Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) haben Matthew sowie seinen Vater als Fahrer auf Kreta gehabt und waren absolut zufrieden. Pünktlichste Abholung am Flughafen und ein entspannter Transfer zum Hotel in einer gepflegten E-Klasse. Berufsbedingt wohnen wir häufig in verschiedenen Hotels und haben uns daher einige Tage später auf dem Weg nach Alaminos ein paar Hotels und Clubs angeschaut. Wir hatten den Wagen und Matthews Vater quasi den ganzen Tag als Fahrer und alles hat exzellent geklappt. Auf dem Rückweg von Alaminos nach Heraklion hat uns Matthew wieder selbst gefahren. Er schlug vor uns in der Nähe vom Flughafen zu einem kleinen Restaurant zu bringen, damit wir vor dem Abendflug noch etwas gutes zu essen haben. Da es zeitlich zu eng war, bot er an uns ein typisch griechisches Gyros zu besorgen, während wir schon mal einchecken. Gesagt, getan. Nach dem Check-in warteten wir draußen und tatsächlich kam Matthew mit 4 sehr leckeren Gyros noch einmal vorbei gefahren. Dazu fällt mir nur eins ein: WOW!!! Welcher Taxiservice in Deutschland würde so etwas seinen Kunden bieten? Dieser unfassbar freundliche Service hat uns einfach umgehauen! Crete Transport ist mit Sicherheit der beste Taxi Service auf Kreta / Heraklion, den man sich vorstellen kann.

    We (2 adults + 2 kids) had Matthew and his father as drivers on Crete and we were absolutely satisfied. On time pick up service from the airport and a smooth transfer to our hotel in a clean and neat E-Class Mercedes. Due to our job we are often staying in different hotels and that way we started to Alaminos a few days later while visiting some hotels on the way. We had the car and Matthews father the whole day as driver and everything worked out excellent. On the way back from Alaminos to Heraklion aiport Matthew himself drove us again. He suggested to stop by a small restaurant close to the airport so we can have some quick dinner before we have our flight. Since it has been to tight in matters of time he offered us to get us some typical greek Gyros while we are checking in. We checked in and waited afterwards outside the airport and Matthew really shoed up and brought us 4 delicious Gyros. What can I say? WOW!!! Which taxi service in Germany would do this for you? This incredible warm hearted and friendly service really was something special we never experienced before. Crete Transport surely is the best taxi service on Crete / Heraklion you can imagine.

They drove me and my family from and to the airport and everything was perfect. I strongly recommend them, and will definitely book a car with this company the next time I come to Crete.

      Excellente compagnie de taxi. Les conducteurs sont très gentils, et les voitures très bien. Les prix sont très atractifs et les conducteurs sont de vrais professionnels. Ils m’ont conduit, ma famille et moi, de l’aéroport à l’hôtel puis de l’hôtel à l’aéroport et tout s’est très bien passé. Je les recommande vivement et réserverai à nouveau un taxi de cette société la prochaine fois que je viens en Crète !

    Un servizio eccellente ed efficiente! Sono stata a creta lo scorso anno (2014) a ottobre e al mio arrivo vi era subito il servizio che mi attendeva all’ora prestabilita e lo stesso posso confermare anche per il ritorno. Inoltre lodevole è anche il fatto che ogni tipo contatto, dal numero di cellulare all’email, viene fornita e vi è sempre una risposta pronta in grado di risolvere i problemi anche all’ultimo minuto di cambiamento. Se dovete andare a Creta vi consiglio tale servizio per l’efficienza e la prontezza!

    Excellent transport company! Chris brought us from Chania to Malia return trip after 10 days and it couldnt of went better! The driver was so professional and friendly. He even had bottles of water for us when he picked us up at the airport. Delighted with the service and will definitely recommend crete-transport!     Fabulous service emailed two days before coming to crete and was answered immediately. Excellent service, fabulous drivers, very reliable was collected from the airport and Hotel.     Fabulous service from Crete Transport. Excellent communication when booking. We were met at arrivals and promptly taken to the taxi and each given a bottle of ice cold water. This is an amazing touch and so needed after a 4 hour flight and arriving in the heat of the afternoon. Whilst being taken to the hotel our driver (apologies I cannot remember his name) gave us lots of information about Crete and the local area. Even about our hotel. The same with our return journey. We were picked up very promptly (he arrived 15 minutes early). Such a great conversation on the return. And so proud of their home island and Greece! Just talking to the drivers for half an hour makes you want to holiday in Greece! The journey seemed to fly by. The cars were also lovely and air conditioned. Brilliant service! I would thoroughly recommend Crete Transport!

    Excellent service from Crete Transport. my initial enquiry was answered promptly by Mathew and both bookings worked perfectly. The driver was waiting for us in arrivals and gave us a bottle of cold water for the journey. Both drivers were very pleasant and chatted – but not too much! Price was very good too for our transfer to Agios Nikolaus from Heraklion airport – our hotel manager was impressed and said we couldn’t have got a better deal. Would highly recommend them.
